    Expert en développement de chaîne de valeur pour le secteur fruits tropicaux (Ananas, Banane, Mangue)

    Le Centre du commerce international (ITC) recherche un(e) consultant(e) national(e) - expert de la chaîne de valeur du secteur des fruits tropicaux (Ananas, Banane, Mangue) dans le cadre du programme du Royaume Uni pour les Partenariats Commerciaux (UKTP). Le/la consultant(e) travaillera avec l'équipe UKTP Côte d’Ivoire, au sein du bureau pour l’Afrique (OA), Division des Programmes Pays (DCP). Le/la consultant(e) travaillera sous la supervision du gestionnaire de projet UKTP Côte d’Ivoire et en étroite collaboration avec le coordinateur national du projet à Abidjan.     National Project Coordinator

    The International Trade Centre (ITC) Alliances for Action, is implementing the European Union funded project, part of CARIFORUM program, ‘’Caribbean Alliances for Coconut Industry Development (II)’’ which aims at enhancing competitiveness of small-scale farmers in coconut value chains through more sustainable production and commercialization performance and better local, regional, and global markets integration. This involves the implementation of an integrated and coordinated approach that results in enhanced competitiveness and resilience for the farmers, MSMEs and value chain operators involved in coconut and associated crops value chains. The work is structured around ITC’s Alliances for Action approach.

     

    ITC is seeking a consultant to perform the role of National Project Coordinator in Suriname. The consultant will oversee the implementation of the project in Suriname, and be directly responsible for the facilitation of public-private strategic and commercial alliances, capacity building and market linkages support for small-scale farmers and MSMEs.     Consultant(s) specialised in value addition, quality compliance and agro-food processing

    The International Trade Centre (ITC) Alliances for Action, is implementing the “Support to Business Friendly and Inclusive National and Regional Policies, and Strengthening Productive Capabilities and Value Chains” Programme which aims to complement the European Union support for private sector development in ACP countries, under the context of the joint ACP-EU Programme for ACP Private Sector Development Support. With major focus on the development of agriculture and agri-business value chains, the Programme is designed to achieve two key outcomes: (1) adopting and implementing business-friendly, inclusive and responsible national policies and legal frameworks, and (2) strengthening productive, processing, promoting and marketing capabilities and value chains.     Consultant in NTM data collection

    The Trade and Market Intelligence section (TMI) has developed and is continuously evolving market analysis tools to improve the understanding and the use of the multilateral trading system. In particular, TMI works on increasing awareness of firms and institutions in Market Access related data like customs tariffs, taxes, and non-tariff measures. With this aim, ITC is looking for several consultants familiar with trade regulations, to collect and process export and import requirement documents in the following countries: Antigua and Barbuda, Cameroon, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Grenada, Jamaica, Madagascar, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
