Coffee roasting skills are important as they add value, develop coffee flavour and aroma. With the right skills, coffee entrepreneurs can experiment with different roast profiles, blending techniques, and flavour additives to create unique and distinctive coffee offerings.

The training was held at the Rubia Coffee Roasters in Kigali by Asli Yaman founder of KiMMAA in Istanbul, Turkey.
