To accept the competence of the Court of Arbitration it is
sufficient to include in the contract an arbitration clause reading
as follows:
"All disputes arising out of the present contract or in
connection therewith shall be finally settled by the Court of
Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw according
to the Rules of that Court."
In addition to resolving disputes according to its own
arbitration Rules, the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber
of Commerce administers arbitrations according to the UNCITRAL
Arbitration Rules of 1976.
The scope of activities of the Court connected with that
function arises from a separate (special) set of the Court Rules
under which administration is performed, if the parties so agree
(either in an arbitration clause or in a separate agreement).
Such arbitration clause can read e.g. as follows:
"All disputes arising out of the present contract or in
connection therewith shall be finally settled under the Rules of
the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce on
administering arbitrations according to the UNCITRAL Arbitration
Rules".
