Administrative Note to Participants – Executive Forum 2003 – Cancún - Mexico

We would ask that you give urgent attention to the following: 

1. VISAS: Please ensure that you take immediate action with respect to applying for your entry visa for Mexico. As many of you will have to send your passport and visa application to a Mexican Embassy in another country, we recommend that action be taken immediately. We ask,  in this regard, that you confirm to us by e-mail prior to 29 August that you have obtained your visa. If we do not receive your e-mailed confirmation by 29 August that a visa has been obtained, we unfortunately will not be able to protect your hotel room reservation in Cancun. 

Please enclose a copy of our letter to the Mexican Embassy that was attached to our administrative letter to you.

(For those of you who will be traveling between now and 29 August, please note that all Mexican embassies in Europe, Africa, Asia and America will have authorization to issue you a visa on application.) 

2. BIODATA: If you have not sent to us by e-mail one paragraph summarizing your professional background and interests, one paragraph summarizing the mission and activities of your organization/company and a passport sized photograph, please do so immediately. We wish to include this information in the Executive Forum briefing book. 

3. TECHNICAL PAPER / PRESENTATION: If you have not sent to us by e-mail your national team's technical paper or your presentation, please do so at the earliest time possible.
