    Background

ITC created MNS in 1978 to address the lack of transparency in the international markets and to improve decision-making through the provision of up-to-date price information.

MNS aims to increase the international competitiveness of small and medium enterprises in developing countries and assist TSIs to support businesses, in alignment with ITC-s overall objective.

    Copyright Policy

MNS reports have been prepared without formal editing, as a service to exporters and industries in developing countries.
MNS reports are only available for dissemination under prior written approval from ITC.

No part of the reports may be reproduced, copied, or duplicated, stored in a retrieval system or transmitted in any form or by any means, without prior permission in writing from ITC.

The mention of specific companies or of certain commercial products and/or brand names does not imply that they are endorsed or recommended by ITC in preference to any other companies, products and/or brand, mentioned or unmentioned.

The designations employed and/or the presentation of material, including but not limited to such information as is contained in or indicated on any MNS map, do not imply the expression of any opinion whatsoever on the part of the International Trade Centre concerning the legal status of any country, territory, city or area or of its authorities, or concerning the delimitation of its frontiers or boundaries.
