These decisions begin by, firstly, determining these goals and,
secondly, establishing decision- making structures to acquire and
administer the necessary resources. The management activities of an
organization, therefore, include all actions that determine the
direction of the institution, establish organizational goals, affect
the way decisions are made and also govern the use of resources.
The TSI management improvement service provides TSIs with the knowledge, tools and skills to review and enhance their management processes and practices. As a result, TSI managers will be able to set objectives, identify specific areas for improvement, and develop a plan for the improved management of the TSI. Managers will be able to develop effective operating strategies that enable their institutions to deliver services on a sustainable basis.
