Support for African Organic Farmers at Biofach 2008

ITC supported a number of exporters of organic
products from Africa to participate in Biofach, the world’s largest
trade fair for organic products. ITC also supported the African
Pavilion at Biofach 2008, an initiative to give increased visibility
to African exporters of organic products. A one-day symposium on
organic agriculture and its contribution to development of rural
communities was held during Biofach. |
