Patricia Francis, Executive Director of ITC, today told the attendees of UNCTAD XIII that it is critical to ensure that developing and least developed countries are benefitting from global trade. Ms. Francis said during the General Debate that ITC is working with UNCTAD to ensure that inclusiveness and sustainability are integrated into trade development policies and practices in order for vulnerable countries to integrate in the global economy in a meaningful way.
