The LEATHER GUIDEBOOK - DISCLAIMER APPLICABLE TO CONTRIBUTORS

By contributing to the Leather Guidebook, the contributor agrees to provide the information and any other material (i.e. images, diagrams, charts, etc.) free of charge and certifies that no copyrights of third parties apply. The contributor accepts that no kind of agreement or contract is created between the contributor and the owner or users of this site.

Before the contributor is authorized to actively participate to the writing of the Leather Guidebook, personal details need to be provided by completing the request form below. The contributor certifies to provide current, complete and accurate information concerning the personal details in order to be able to participate in the writing process of the Leather Guidebook.

Once the request has been accepted, Leatherline will revert to the contributor for receiving the contribution. Contributions are welcome in English, French, or Spanish. Subsequent to a validation process, the contributor’s input can be published in the Leather Guidebook, as outlined below. Leatherline reserves the right to publish, in whole or in part, contributions received, not to publish or to withdraw them at its sole discretion. The source will, at all moments, be recognized. Credit will always be given to the contributor.

For materials posted or otherwise provided to the Leather Guidebook, the contributor grants the Leatherline Guidebook the permission to use, copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, reproduce, edit, modify and translate.

The Leather Guidebook may: (1) display contributions after the validation process in which case the contributor will be contacted; (2) not display contribution after the validation process, in which case the contribution will not be returned and the contributor not be contacted regarding this decision and; (3) remove from the system contributions at any time, without prior notice. As outlined, receipt of contributions will be acknowledged and contributors contacted only if it is decided to include their contribution in the Leatherline guidebook.
