    ITC is looking for an evaluation consultant to conduct the analysis and draft the 2020 ITC Annual Evaluation Synthesis Report. The candidates should have at least 10 years of professional experience in evaluation, with a proven record in drafting good quality / synthetic evaluation reports, including the use of data-visual graphics for different types of stakeholders, and in presenting complex reports in a succinct and user-friendly manner.     T4SD Ethical Trade Research Consultant (Delhi/Punjab – India)

    The Trade for Sustainable Development (T4SD) Programme is seeking an expert to provide support in the implementation of its project ‘EU Cities for Fair and Ethical Trade Award’, and its sub-component supporting development cooperation project between the City of Ghent, Belgium, and the Indian municipality of Sahnewal (Punjab). Minimum experience of five years related to public administration, sustainable development and/or international trade and sustainable value chains is required, preferably with experience in engaging with local municipalities. Substantial experience in policy-oriented research and analysis, ideally related to sustainable production and value chains (focus on textiles/garments) is a distinct advantage.     Regional Sanitary and Phytosanitary (SPS) Lead Expert (Myanmar)

    ITC is looking for a Regional Sanitary and Phytosanitary (SPS) Lead Expert to work with the ITC SPS Myanmar team in Yangon under the Arise Plus Myanmar project funded by the European Union (EU). The Lead Expert, based in the region, will be leading the delivery of Component 2 of the EU-Arise Plus Myanmar Project on a 30% part-time basis with regular (preferably monthly) travels to Myanmar. The candidate should hold a degree in Agriculture, Food safety, Economics or Law or in the related field, with at least 15 years’ professional experience in with an international technical cooperation agency or in SPS related technical assistance projects, preferably in Myanmar or the region.     International Trade Policy Expert, ARISE Plus Myanmar

    ITC is looking for an International Consultant to work with the Department of Trade (DoT) within the Ministry of Commerce in Myanmar. The main purpose of the consultancy services is to support Myanmar to meet its regional and international commitments on trade issues and to advice on how to address non-tariff barriers along value chains, while mainstreaming trade policy in the country’s development agenda. Advanced degree is required in International relations, economics, business administration, law or related fields, and at least 15 years of practical work experience in trade policy, in particular, areas such as trade negotiations and trade policy formulation,including experience in LDCs, especially in Asia.
