    With support from donors and development partners, the International Trade Centre (ITC) works with governments, trade and investment support institutions, and small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) and other stakeholders improve the international competitiveness of SMEs.

    • Funders and partners

      ITC’s parent organizations are the World Trade Organization (WTO) and the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), which provide funding for ITC to carry out its core functions. Voluntary funder contributions assist ITC in fulfilling its mission of assisting developing countries to achieve sustainable development through trade and international business development. Through donations, ITC’s bilateral development partners have made strong commitments to help poorer countries achieve sustainable development goals through increased trade.
