In your Business Plan you should include a rough implementation schedule for the years 1 - 3.
- Create work packages
e.g., registering the institution, training of trainers, adaptation of training material, developing a network of members, sales initiative, etc.
- Set and describe important milestones
e.g., registration, availability of 6 SCM trainers per target group, starting training in region xy, etc.
- In a separate plan describe your first expansion steps
e.g. in year one the association will start pilot training for the target groups in two regions of country x, in year two operations will be expanded to the three northern regions, etc.
There are many software packages that allow you to establish a work plan including milestones and the critical path (process steps that cause a delay if not executed as foreseen) in an easy and comprehensive way.
