Preparatory Team & Constituent Assembly
It is strongly recommended that as many professionals as possible should be invited to attend one or more preparatory meetings at which the findings of the market research and legal enquiries, the business plan and other important topics will be presented and discussed. Invite all members of your interested and support groups.

The constituent assembly regroups all interested persons involved in the preparatory and planning process of the institution or association. The assembly will discuss the draft of the statutes and the proposed activity programme for the first year(s). A provisional board of directors should then be elected which will in turn designate its president and vice-president. The board will remain “provisional” until agreement/registration of the authorities is obtained, if needed.
