Brochures

 

Brochures are leaflets that have the purpose to present the support institution (profile, history, competitive advantage, etc.) as well as individual or groups of products and services.

 

Brochures are typically sent to interested parties like potential members, donors or clients. Brochures will be handed out during events (training, conferences, fairs, presentations, etc.) or they can be attached to direct mail, newsletters, sales offers, etc.

 

At the beginning of your operations you should create 3 types of brochures:

·    One folder like brochure that you can hand out at meetings or visits

·    One poster size (A3 or A2) sheet for black and whiteboards or other public advertisements

·    One smaller A5 size brochure that can be glued or placed inside other publications or materials you will hand over or send to prospective clients or supporters

 

Always put your brochures on your Web site for download in protected pdf format. Do not forget to include a contact name, telephone and fax number and email address.
