Advertisements consist of brief messages that should raise the attention of your target group. In your programme plan you will have developed the key benefit message for each programme/service. This is the starting point for developing an advertisment. Advertising is successful if the target group remembers the information transferred in the message. The interest so raised by the ad should persuade the target group to buy the advertised programmes and services.

Advertisements can be published in different media:

  • journals and newspapers that are read by your target group(s);
  • brochures or newsletters of relevant conferences, fairs, events; partners, etc
  • white boards and bulletin boards of chambers of commerce, exporter associations, universities, your partner organizations,etc.
  • web site of your institution or of its partner organizations
  • local, regional or national radio or TV stations reaching out to your target group(s)
