In the Business Plan you have already compiled a Human Resource Plan for your institution. In this section, you will now develop a Human Resource Plan for the delivery of a specific programme/service. The programme manager needs to have a clear idea of how many people (external and internal) with which qualifications are needed to deliver the respective activities described in the LOGFRAME and specified in the marketing plan.

Basically, this means that the programme manager will go through the list of all activities and define for each how many people with which profile will be needed for how much time.
