The human resources plan will demonstrate how you will assure the availability of one of the key success factors for the institution's sustainability. The services your institution delivers or plans to deliver depend on the motivation, the capabilities and experience of the individuals rendering them.

For every position in the organisation, the HR plan defines:

  • Qualification needed
  • Employment contract: permanent or fix employment; independent contractor; volunteer
  • Status of availability: available; develop; hire
  • Duration: full-time; part-time; limited duration (e.g. 2 months)
  • Cost p.a.
  • : estimated cost to obtain the human resources needed (includes gross remuneration, hiring cost, development cost)
