The "Synthesis" will provide you with 3 alternative frameworks to develop your institutional strategies. You will need to use both the results of your market analysis and your institutional assessment.

The strategies are the missing link between long-term mission & objectives and the activities to achieve those objectives. If all roads lead to Rome, the strategies describe which road(s) top management plans to take on the institution's travel to Rome. And this depends on the institution's capabilities (transport means, health of staff, orientation instruments, etc.) and the characteristics of the different roads (motorway, small lane, route over the mountains, service infrastructure, etc.)
