This programme aims to develop the competence of Trainers-cum-Counsellors to provide assistance to SMEs in the area of export quality management through classroom and on the job training. The programmes include the following:  

• Initiating Quality Improvement 
• Implementing ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems 
• Implementing Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP System) 
• Implementing ISO 22000 Food Safety Management Systems  

These training programmes are conducted with both advisors and enterprise personnel in the same sessions with the ultimate aim to create a pool of local Trainers-cum-Counsellors.
