Background
ITC created MNS in 1978 to address the lack of transparency in the international markets and to improve decision-making through the provision of up-to-date price information.
MNS aims to increase the international competitiveness of small and medium enterprises in developing countries and assist TSIs to support businesses, in alignment with ITC-s overall objective.
