REGISTRATION, BADGE ISSUANCE AND

Venue: WEDF will
provide shuttle bus transportation from/to the airport and from/to the WEDF
venue (BMICH) as well as to the other partner hotels, during the 11-14 October dates.
At your arrival at the
airport of Colombo, local staff from the organizing team will welcome you and
facilitate your transportation.
Ministers and Heads of organizations will benefit from VIP treatment during their stay in Colombo according to the
Protocol of the Government of Sri Lanka. This includes airport formalities at
the arrival/departure and transportation. More information will be provided
directly by EDB.
LANGUAGES AND INTERPRETATION

We recommend all participants to bring their own laptops if needed. A cyber café is available in the WEDF
venue. WIFI connection is available
in the whole venue.
