E-commerce and Legal Aspects of International Trade

Many SMEs in developing countries and economies in transition wish to reap the benefits of the global digital economy. However, conducting business online raises complex legal issues.

For this reason, ITC developed the E-Commerce Legal Kit, which provides the necessary legal tools and materials for those who wish to acquire expertise in the operational legal aspects of e-commerce. The kit contains three guides in question-answer format, and an e-law reference library and PowerPoint presentations on CD Rom.
