TPCSI was set up by UNIDO in collaboration with the local leather Associations in 1993. It is a specialised technology resource Centre to cater for the needs of Footwear and Leather Product Industries in the Southern and Eastern African Region.
TPCSI is involved in Training in Designing, Cutting and Closing, Grading, etc...Product Development, Production and Marketing of high quality ethnic leather products like sandals and leathergoods.
TPCSI also offers tailor made footwear and leathergoods courses in the region.
