The United Nations Partnership Framework is aligned with the Millennium Development Goals and the national objectives set by Thailand National Vision 2027 and the 11th National Economic and Social Development Plan. Hence, the document frames the Joint Partnership between the UN System and the Government of Thailand focusing on social protection, human rights and access to justice, strategic information, climate change, international cooperation, and creative economy; and it provides for Thematic Collaboration in the realm of HIV/AIDS, migration, education, and gender. Finally, it envisages Agency constributions to the achievement of national priorities: the promotion of a just society, the development of human resources to promote a lifelong learning society, a balance of food and energy security, the creation of knowledge-based economy and enabling environment, the strengthening of economic cooperation and security in the region, and sustainable managment of natural resources and the environment.
