The first part contains the National Vision of Honduras, which outlines four main objectives to be achieved by 2038: 1) eradicate extreme poverty, enhance health, education and social services; 2) develop democracy and ensure public safety; 3) boost production and create employment, exploiting natural resources in a sustainable way; 4) establishing a modern, transparent, efficient and competitive State. The second part of the document contains the National Plan for the 2010-2022 period.
