The Asia Trust Fund (ATF), managed by the International Trade Centre (ITC), is a channel to provide Trade-Related
Technical Assistance (TRTA) to Asia. The ATF is financed by the European Commission (EC) and the ITC, it is open to
receive funding from other donors. This fund is open to 19 Asian developing countries eligible under the ALA Regulation,
namely, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Cambodia, China, East Timor, India, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Maldives,
Mongolia, Nepal, North Korea, Pakistan, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and Vietnam, as well as two regional organizations:
ASEAN and SAARC.
