Coffee Coffee Guide

www.thecoffeeguide.org is an Internet version of ITC’s “Coffee – An exporter’s guide” – often referred to as ITC's Coffee Guide or simply the Coffee Guide.
The guide was first published in 1992 (in English, French and Spanish) and completely updated in 2002/2003.
The 2002-version received voluntary technical support from more than 100 coffee personalities, organizations and companies, all listed in Acknowledgements.
The Coffee Guide is written for use by growers, processors, traders, exporters, coffee associations and people engaged in transport, finance, quality control, certification and other related sectors in coffee producing countries. The guide has been used as a resource at many seminars and workshops organized by ITC and others since the early 1990’es. Over 25,000 copies have been printed. See Order the Coffee Guide on how to place an order for the printed version.
