Within the framework of the PACT II programme, the outcome 4 is based on cases of cross-border partnerships and sustainable development of export enterprises in priority sectors and markets.
The component 4.1 is focused on services to support the development of products and markets, specific to a pre-determined sector (mango) to prepare SMEs access to regional and international markets as part of sector strategies.
This component addresses the development of pilot projects for capacity building of export industry players of the mango producing countries of ECOWAS, and of ECOWAS TEN.Project Value

The majority of the results achieved in 2011 and the use of these results will only be put in practice with the new mango season taking place for West African exporters from April
2012 onwards through to the summer of 2012. First contacts initiated for achieving cross- border business linkages at enterprise and institution-levels.
