The Foreign Trade Court of Arbitration recommends to the parties to introduce the following clause to their contract:

"All differences arising out of or relating to this contract shall be considered amicably. In case of a dispute, the parties agree that the Foreign Trade Court of Arbitration at the Yugoslav Chamber of Commerce and Industry, by whom the dispute shall finally be settled.

The parties agree that the proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with the Rules of the Foreign Trade Court of Arbitration at the Yugoslav Chamber of Commerce Industry shall apply to the procedure."
