The Arbitration Center of Mexico (CAM), recommend to parties who wish to recur to a CAM Arbitration, to do so by the inclusion of the following model clause in their contracts:
"All disputes arising in connection with the present contract shall be finally settled under the Rules of Arbitration of the Arbitration Center of Mexico (CAM) by one or more arbitrators appointed in accordance with the said Rules."
Furthermore, parties may add in their arbitration clause the applicable law to the contract, the number of arbitrators, the place of arbitration and the language of the arbitration.
