Coordination and planification mission, Geneva, 24-27 January 2012
Representatives (focal points) from our three partner institutions, UEPB, UCDA and NUCAFE, as well as the Field Coordinator and the Lead Monitor, traveled to ITC in Geneva to hold the annual work planning session for implementation year 2012. The time schedule of activities and tasks/deliverables under them for 2012 were discussed at length and agreed. It was noted that 2012 is the year for consolidation, coherence and synergies between activities and reaching results (outputs) as per the result-based management framework.
