    exportBefore engaging resources into finding export customers or even simply accepting an unsolicited export order, your  enterprise should know and understand how ready it is to be successful at exporting. The module “Are you ready to export?” is tailored to define your readiness to export through the examination of your ability to manage and undertake all the aspects of the export process.After assessing the export readiness of your enterprise you should be best equipped to decide where your enterprise needs to improve for better and more successful exports.

    ITC has developed this learning course as part of its continuing mission to develop and improve world trade, especially for developing countries and women entrepreneurs. The specialist authors have drawn from their experience and from the learning gained from respected works used in their personal development to enable you to:
    • Assess whether you have a good reason motivating your enterprise to export;
    • Evaluate quickly your export readiness in the following areas: management commitment international business environment, strategy marketing capabilities, production capabilities, transaction (getting and fulfilling orders), financial and managerial readiness;
    • Understand and recognize areas where improvements are required in order to be able to export effectively and efficiently;
